Si Robertson is a star and one of the fan favorites in the reality show Duck Dynasty due to his witty, catching phrases, and glass of iced tea. And when there were rumors of his demise this March 2020, he sent fans in a frenzy. As expected, any news like this would have come as a shock to anyone since fans love him, and obviously would wish to keep him around a lot longer.
But here’s the good news: Si Robertson is very much alive and well. It appears the rumors of his passing were nothing more than another case of internet misinformation running amok. While celebrities falling prey to fake death rumors isn’t exactly unfamiliar, that doesn’t make it any less disheartening on their fans’ or families’ parts.
For anyone who has ever known and loved Uncle Si, it’s pretty easy to imagine how those kinds of rumors might start. His eccentric personality, years of storytelling, and, of course, tendencies to stretch the truth pretty much blur the line between what’s real and what’s fiction. Well, rest assured: the legendary duck-call maker is still alive to keep us entertained with his tall tales and trademark humor.
Did Si Robertson Die?
For the Duck Dynasty Uncle Si Robertson is more than a star-he’s an icon. So when rumors that the man has died surface, it shouldn’t be any surprise to anyone that they generate quite the hubbub.
Recently, a wild report from a certain website sent fans into a panic. According to the article, Si Robertson was found dead in the woods near the Duck Dynasty equipment warehouse. The details? Sparse and strange. The report vaguely mentioned odd semi-circle marks on his body and a weird arrangement of duck feathers lying nearby. Even weirder, it said Si left his assets to fund the Trump 2020 campaign and a possible Ivanka Trump presidential bid.
A family spokesperson, reportedly, spoke and said, “They finally got him,” which leaves many people just scratching their heads. They who? And what is all this about? Of course, fans went directly to social media, where some speculated health issues, while others still wondered if there was even a shred of truth to any of it.
So, what’s the truth? Is Uncle Si gone? Luckily, the man himself came forward to set the record straight. Uncle Si is very much alive and well, proving once more that not everything you read online can be taken as fact.
Still, while it’s not unfamiliar for celebrities to fall victim to wild, outlandish hoaxes, this one really took the cake. For now, fans can breathe easy, knowing their favorite iced-tea-drinking storyteller is still around to share his antics. And if anything has been learned from this, it’s that Uncle Si isn’t going anywhere without a laugh and a story to be told.

Si Robertson Is Victim of a Death Hoax
Uncle Si took to his official Facebook page to set the record straight-he’s alive and well! The beloved *Duck Dynasty* star became the latest target of a celebrity death hoax, but he reassured fans that there’s no need for concern.
If that’s not enough coming from the horse’s mouth-or in this case, Uncle Si-then perhaps the source of the hoax will clarify. The rumor originated on Conservative Tears, a satirical site specializing in fake news stories that often carry a political message. True to its humorous nature, the site is upfront about its content being pure fiction.
Conservative Tears is related to the equally preposterous America’s Last Line of Defense, another satirical site well-known for its outrageous and completely made-up news stories. Both sites carry a disclaimer stating that their stories should not be taken seriously but are meant for entertainment only.
Indeed, the account Conservative Tears even joked about the purpose with the tagline: “Death hoaxes for your thoughts and prayers.” The irony of such stories being popular is not lost, nor is the notion that its content should be enjoyed in a very tongue-and-cheek manner.
Well, let all the Uncle Si fans heave a sigh of relief-the old man is very much alive and kicking. If anything, this hoax has reminded one of the need to verify sources before giving credence or spreading sensational news. As for Uncle Si himself, he’s taking it all in stride, most likely with the same humor his fans have grown so fond of.
