Danielle Herrington was born on May 26, 1993, making her age 24. She is originally from Compton, California. According to Herrington, she lived in a good part of town. She never noticed any violence or hardship in terms of her neighborhood, telling People:
“A lot of the time after school, we would go to my grandma’s house because my parents were working. We would swim, and ride our bikes down the street, we had a trampoline, scooters, and everything! I went to a private school so I guess I got away from the bad action.”
She held ambitions of being a model from as early as the age of eight and started trying to model at the age of 13. Herrington’s big breakthrough didn’t happen until she did her first Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue in 2017.
Breaking Out
In 2017, Danielle Herrington made the interior of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit issue. She was part of the “rookie class” and that blew the doors wide open to a modeling career. Shortly after the issue was released, Herrington began getting tons of offers for modeling gigs, not just for swimsuits, but fashion modeling as well.
